Who we are
Coffee Pilgrims is essentially Kamal’s Vision to assist entrepreneurs/CEO’s walk down the treacherous road of launching/developing a business.
Being at the top of any organisation is quite a lonely place to be and to have access to one who has walked down the same path before can be both encouraging and helpful.
The Mission of Coffee Pilgrims is to share the journey, take as many steps as it is required to reach a defined destination.
Being in his twilight years, Kamal has no intention of hanging up his boots. To the contrary, he wants to continue his journey on the road less travelled, encounter like-minded spirits and take some steps together, learn from one another. Kamal believes that youth- apart from the accepted version, is a state of mind, one that can be enhanced by unfurling one’s sails every morning and allowing destiny’s breeze to tease it towards undiscovered shores.
Kamal has the education, expertise, cultural relevance, experience and people insight to support commercial/charitable endeavours in the field of coffee and beyond.
Kamal’s Profile
Kamal currently lives North of London, UK, with his wife and 3 dogs. Kamal was born in Paris, France, raised in Algiers, Algeria, and educated in the USA.
Kamal has developed relationships and business partnerships in over 60 countries, across all continents. His most recent achievement has been to be part of the Eversys team, from inception, that developed and distributed disruptive products and technologies across the globe. For his Commercial achievements, Kamal was awarded an Outstanding Contribution to the Coffee Industry at the 2022 European Coffee Symposium.
What we do
Our Purpose is to work alongside a business’ stakeholders and assist them in defining, building and realising the value of their business.
At the outset, clear objectives/expectations are agreed upon, and a roadmap defined and established. Then Kamal works directly with the team to help realise the company’s goals. Regular review meetings are set out to ensure that the project is ‘on plan’ and performance/results is evaluated at regular intervals.

Kamal has been involved in the development of several global start-ups, with differing levels of success. And it is those experiences of both success and failure that make Kamal a relevant and helpful partner.
Kamal is also an experienced strategic thinker with an acute understanding of developing international brands and compelling commercial propositions, across the globe.
